3. Users found to have been attempting to or successfully modifying the integrity or security of the platform will be disqualified and pursued.
4. The company is not responsible for any distress caused by temporary outage during times of modifications, repairs or updates being made to the platform.

Section D: Platform Support
1. Users are given permanent access to in-house support mechanism to ensure that permanent certainty and understandability of the platform is maintained.
2. The platforms' support system and staff availability is a privilege, please refrain from abusing this privilege by maintaining a professional stance while using the support system.
3. The company is always training new support staff, please have patience and understanding whilst dealing with the support staff in the event that you are not fully satisfied.
